You know you purchased a great dock when your neighbor comes over to tell you what a good looking dock I have!. The experience working with Rick was great. My only suggestion, update date your DVD and written instructions on how to build. I liked it so much I purchased more dock to accommodate a new pontoon for 2021! Update 2025, dock looks like the day it went in and the dock itself has not faded at all!. Adding to my ramp and once agian, great to deal with, thanks Rick!

I dropped by to pick up a replacement 'board' for the dock. The person who I dealt with was knowledgeable and helpful.the dock is 30+ years old and the part that I picked up was the only issue that I know of in that time. The damage was from a winter wind storm that blew the ramp off from sitting on top of the dock.

I recently bought a new V-Dock and I am very happy with it. The people there are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I chose a 38 foot dock with an 8x16 foot sundeck. It was almost completely assembled already and put on one of their trailers for me. Final assembly and installation in the lake was very easy.

Very happy with our V-Dock. Assembly went smoothly. Couple of places when installing bolts were difficult due to lack of space. Disappointed that they don’t offer bracing for the long leg supports for deep water. Pushing in and pulling out will be difficult to prevent bending the legs. I will need to make ridged bracing to support the legs myself. Please beware to prevent damage to your pier.

I can't say enough about how pleased I am from start to finish of my entire "V-Dock Experience"! How easy it was to get great pricing, honest feedback about what setup would work best along with patient answers to ALL my questions from Rick & Traci at V-Dock. The best part of the whole experience was the actual V-Dock product itself!!!! WE LOVE IT! I drove 17 hours round trip in a day to pick it up/bring it home. The very next morning we had it assembled and in the water in less than 20 minutes! (Needed a couple extra hands to get it off the trailer) But, even my neighbors were "wow-ed" by how amazingly simple it was to piece together and get it in the water. The Roll In Tires make it so easy! Super easy to level out once in the water and we LOVE the "pleasing" LED post lights in the evening. They're bright! Very kind people at V-Dock, an innovative product that looks great & is well made with the ability to make it your own with all the available options/accessories they offer. Customer service was exceptional after breaking a post taking dock out for season. They were willing to have a tech fix it the same day if I brought the post in. Ultimately I had to buy a new post but everyone was great in dealing with it.

When researching for a dock, V-Dock was the only manufacturer I found that I could contact directly. I immediately loved the fact that I was dealing directly from the manufacturer and cutting out the middle man (Saved thousnds). I was also impressed by the design features of their dock and remained impressed for the last 3 years of ownership and both neighbors now own a V-Dock after watching me with mine. Those features are: 1. Easy in and out and no wading/swimming involved. I can push it in myself (48 Ft dock). 2. Can adjust height with a drill and socket from a standing position. 3. No maintenance. 4. Very strudy. Surface has good traction (No slipping!) 5. Do not know what it is about this dock but the Geese do not like going on it.

Amazing product! We just purchased another section to add onto our original V-Dock bought back in 2020. One of the best docks on the market- light weight, strong, and very durable to the elements. Customer service has also been great- from the ordering process to dock pickup. The staff was very helpful with answering any of our questions, followed up in a timely manner, and did a good job explaining the install of the dock with excellent tips/tricks. Would highly recommend this dock.

They do great portable and aluminum docks. They're all manufactured locally and the prices are reasonable given the quality of the product. Small team so can take a little bit of time to get a call back but they are very friendly.

I own a cabin on an island in Canada and needed a new dock. Looked at V-Dock and liked the product. They were very accommodating to my unique requirements of transporting it across the border and taking it out to my cabin via boat. The dock is well engineered, the assembly was straightforward and It rolls in and out easily, even on my somewhat rocky shoreline. Definitely recommend V-Dock.

I purchased a V-Dock in 2004 and thru out the years been adding to it. My latest addition is the stairs. This dock wears exceptionally well and eighteen years of bad storms I don't worry about the dock! Putting the dock in and out each year is easy and simple. Best dock ever. Dock in, out and at the right level used to be huge projects, now it's a breeze. The V-Dock stairs are a "must have" game changer. Of course your dock needs a ladder, but with the stair(s) your dog will love you, kids (grand kids) will sit on them all the time, parents will swim more often and you'll love them too. Don't forget the extra step.

Easiest dock to install!! I can install my 86' dock alone, and not get in the water. My neighbors have floe docks that take 6 people to install, and after they watched my dock go in the water they were impressed with V Dock. Now they are wishing they bought V Dock.

We like V-Dock boat docks because ease of installation. Rolls over some rough terrain with no problem. The decking is non slip. We like the height of the poles. It enables us to hold onto something when we are embarking and disembarking from our pontoon. Thankyou for such a great product. Ron and Shelby

I have looked at all docks and settled on V dock! Buying factory direct is way better than buying through a dealer. You know your talking to people who understands the product and build it every day! I purchased dock 7+ years ago and have added sections and made changes to the dock and Vdock customer service has been amazing! And it's nice that they maintain the product line and can always work with you to make your shoreline amazing. I have referred 5+ neighbors to buy vdock and all of them have been very happy with their docks! Honestly while I was typing this I looked out at my dock and said it still looks brand new! Best investment into my property I have made!
