I dropped by to pick up a replacement 'board' for the dock. The person who I dealt with was knowledgeable and helpful.the dock is 30+ years old and the part that I picked up was the only issue that I know of in that time. The damage was from a winter wind storm that blew the ramp off from sitting on top of the dock.

I recently bought a new V-Dock and I am very happy with it. The people there are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I chose a 38 foot dock with an 8x16 foot sundeck. It was almost completely assembled already and put on one of their trailers for me. Final assembly and installation in the lake was very easy.

Very happy with our V-Dock. Assembly went smoothly. Couple of places when installing bolts were difficult due to lack of space. Disappointed that they don’t offer bracing for the long leg supports for deep water. Pushing in and pulling out will be difficult to prevent bending the legs. I will need to make ridged bracing to support the legs myself. Please beware to prevent damage to your pier.

I can't say enough about how pleased I am from start to finish of my entire "V-Dock Experience"! How easy it was to get great pricing, honest feedback about what setup would work best along with patient answers to ALL my questions from Rick & Traci at V-Dock. The best part of the whole experience was the actual V-Dock product itself!!!! WE LOVE IT! I drove 17 hours round trip in a day to pick it up/bring it home. Customer service was exceptional after breaking a post taking dock out for season. They were willing to have a tech fix it the same day if I brought the post in. Ultimately I had to buy a new post but everyone was great in dealing with it.

I've had great experiences with the V-Dock team and their products for nearly 10 years! The dock itself is incredibly easy to put in/out, durable, and looks fantastic year after year. Rick, Tracy, and team just took great care of me adding some additional solar lights and bumpers, with excellent communication and easy product pickup. Thanks!!

Amazing product! We just purchased another section to add onto our original V-Dock bought back in 2020. One of the best docks on the market- light weight, strong, and very durable to the elements. Customer service has also been great- from the ordering process to dock pickup. The staff was very helpful with answering any of our questions, followed up in a timely manner, and did a good job explaining the install of the dock with excellent tips/tricks. Would highly recommend this dock.
